A small village full of charm along the meandering river, the calm of orchards and pastures, this is the environment of this beautiful house made for vacations. La bergerie offers a high level of comfort and space, both indoors with its beautiful living room and large bedrooms, and outdoors, with its luminosity and quality materials, for a real sense of well-being. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks to the softness of the colors, the presence of wood and terracotta floor tiles, well-chosen furniture and Catherine and Christian's thoughtful touches.
As far as the garden is concerned, the first thing you'll notice is the large covered terrace overlooking the countryside, where you can make the most of the fresh air. The large garden is lovely in all seasons and leads down to the river. Plenty of little paths all around, along the valley or to the woods, for lovely walks. For shopping, Beaumont-le-Roger is a nice little town just 4 km away.
On the ground floor, you enter the cosy living room with its terracotta floor tiles and exposed beams, featuring a sitting area in front of the fireplace, a comfortable dining area and a games corner. It opens onto the well-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the terrace with its garden furniture. Bathroom with separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: Yellow and green bedrooms, each with a double bed 140x190 and a single bed 90x190. Gray bedroom with double bed 140x190 and TV. Shower room with toilet. A large, unenclosed private garden of 3,000 m² opens onto the Countryside and the river, with unprotected access. Horses can be accommodated in enclosed pastures or paddocks. Three boxes are also available. The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber.

C'est un gîte de rêve pour les réunions familiales avec enfants !
Situé en pleine nature et agrémenté d'un joli parc arboré parfaitement entretenu,
il procure de grands espaces ombragés, parfait pour les ébats des plus petits.
La propriétaire est pour le moins très accueillante et conviviale,
très discrète et néanmoins à l'écoute, très accomodante.
Notre séjour a été des plus agréables au cœur de cette région magnifique,
propice aux plus belles randonnées et à de formidables rencontres.

Cherry-pickers Surrounded by nature
The wealth of birds singing was amazing. The cherry trees attracted lots of birds during the day and after sunset even foxes and a badger came for a cherry snack. Of course we too enjoyed the tasty cherries.
We could charge our electric car on the premises, which was ideal. The host was a lovely lady that made us feel welcome immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend this wonderful place with its large sunny garden and practically 360-degree view of greenery!- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Catherine. La maison est très agréable ; bonne literie, propreté impeccable, accessoires de cuisine suffisants pour grande famille. Environnement très calme, jardin bien entretenu. Entouré de forêts, beaucoup de possibilités de promenades sans avoir besoin de voiture et quelques excursions à moins d'une demi heure de voiture

Great stay Wonderful cottage
We had a great stay in this large, cosy cottage with a lot of space around it. We enjoyed it very much. Very good that we could charge our electric car!
The bed was a little short for us, namely 1,90.
