The village, listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, is an ideal spot for a nature-filled getaway, especially thanks to the Voie Verte greenway just a stone’s throw from the holiday cottage, offering beautiful walks or bike rides. You’ll also enjoy the garden of this large, flower-filled and tree-lined 4,500 m² property, through which a small stream flows. Perfect for enjoying sunny days! The location is ideal for exploring Normandy: the Bec and Risle valleys will lead you to the Seine estuary and its unique natural landscapes. Further south, the Pays d’Ouche awaits you for Fishing trips along the Risle, Iton, and Charentonne rivers.

Studio with a nautical theme, featuring a kitchenette open to the living area, a dining area, and two single beds (Bed 90x190). Bathroom with a washing machine and separate toilet. The holiday cottage is located on a large 4,500 m² property, shared with two other holiday cottages (ref. 479 and 590), where each has its own private, unfenced area. Deck chairs and patio furniture are available for you to enjoy this beautiful setting. An unprotected stream runs through the property.
