In the historic heart of a village on the banks of the Seine, this elegant, fully-furnished vacation home has everything you could wish for. You'll love the warm, intimate atmosphere, and the simplicity of the decor: over the years, Sylvie has managed to sublimate the character of this old dwelling, providing it with all the comforts you'd expect today: half-timbered walls, terracotta floor tiles and old stone resonate beautifully with antique furniture and objects, either family heirlooms or mottled, with a Countryside feel or vintage design. The property is comfortable and spacious, bright and well-equipped with 3 bathrooms or showers, and opens out onto the colorful, enclosed garden behind the superb, listed gate. Unusual, a real old-fashioned caravan will be, in fine weather (15/04 to 30/09, on request in autumn/winter), a real extra room for a siesta, a little time apart or an original night! A stroll of just over 3 km takes you to the charming village of Petit Andely.

Ground floor: entrance hall, well-equipped kitchen/dining room with 5-burner piano, living room with fireplace, shower room with large walk-in shower and toilet, laundry room. 1st floor: pretty blue bedroom with double bed, vintage 70's bedroom (double bed 140x200 and chauffeuse (emergency bed)), bathroom with antique lion-foot bathtub and toilet. The second floor features a large attic room with a study, part of which offers a sleeping area with 2 single beds behind its curtains. Also a large, elegant bedroom with double bed and shower room. Separate toilet. Antique staircase, a little steep. The garden (500 m² enclosed) is delightful, with a very pretty 1950 caravan (bed in 130); it is private to you except for a driveway that crosses it shared with the owner who lives next door. Pets are welcome if they respect the house cat. Local cycle routes along the Seine and GR2. Fishing (for a fee) and free access to the nearby Tennis court.
