In the heart of Roumois, the superb region bordering the loops of the Seine, lies this warm, half-timbered vacation home, which the owners have restored in the traditional way: half-timbered with earth filling. Today, it's a very pleasant gîte with lots of character and a very nice retro look, with its pretty furniture and antique objects, either family heirlooms or mottled: terracotta floor tiles, exposed beams, earthen walls. Very welcoming, it opens completely onto the outside, the terrace and its real lounge, the garden and fields all around: a real Norman postcard! Depending on the gardener's mood, you can also enjoy the vegetable garden. On the leisure side, there's a nice library for young and old, plenty of board games, and plenty of opportunities to go for walks on the nearby paths.
You're also close to the Parc Naturel Régional des Boucles de la Seine Normande, where you'll find plenty to discover.

Ground floor: entrance, bright living room with fireplace and dining area in front of the large south-facing bay window opening onto the wooden terrace, small kitchen area, utility room and separate toilet. On the FLOOR, you'll find the first mezzanine bedroom with double bed and TV. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and crib. Shower room. The 800 m² private garden features an outdoor dining area, a lounge area and deckchairs for enjoying the fresh air on sunny days. Nordic bowling.
