Elisabeth and Philippe have designed and equipped it like a real vacation home, with everything you could wish for: plenty of space for everyone to feel at home inside, as well as in the garden or on the terrace; lots of games, from the mezzanine recreation room with table soccer, toys and board games, to the games in the garden (croquet, Cabin, swing, slide) and the comfort of the living room and south-facing terrace: even a small electric fireplace to add to the ambience! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, including a whirlpool bath. The house is passive-energy and uses state-of-the-art technology!
On the route des chaumières, you'll be well on your way to discovering the treasures of the banks of the Seine. You'll find pétanque and a citystade in the village.

A spiral staircase leads up to the mezzanine on the FLOOR level, where you'll find a real treasure trove of toys, board games and table soccer. Family room: double bed and 2 single beds, en-suite shower room with toilet. 2 baby beds and 2 high chairs available. Private enclosed garden of 280 m² on the unenclosed property (6000 m²) with fish pond (partially enclosed). Garage for bikes and motorcycles. Electric vehicle recharging point on site (invoiced according to actual consumption). Equestrian facilities available in the meadow near the mare Céleste. Bed and breakfast available with the owners.
