In the heart of the picturesque Avre Valley, a charming village and lovely little roads winding through the woods lead to the Tremblay holiday cottage. Here, you’ll find yourself surrounded by fields on a large, wooded property where Sonia and Denis will give you a warm welcome. The holiday cottage is spacious, very pleasant, and bright, opening on one side onto the garden with a patio and plenty of play equipment for the little ones—such as a large jungle gym with a slide—and on the other side onto a courtyard with fields stretching as far as the eye can see. The living area is inviting and perfect for sharing good times together: in the kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to whip up delicious meals; in the dining area, where you can enjoy them while comfortably seated around the large farmhouse table; or in the living room, playing a board game. The bedrooms are comfortable and air-conditioned, just like the rest of the house, and everything you need to accommodate babies is provided. The little ones will love visiting the chickens and hunting for eggs with Denis.
All around, there are plenty of small roads and paths perfect for walking or biking (4 bikes are available for you to borrow), along the long-distance hiking trail (No. 22) or the Bois Francs greenway. Also nearby, just 6 km away, Center Parcs offers daytime activities: a Piscine and water play area, Golf, a petting zoo, a playground, and a Spa for relaxation. Also nearby is the charming city of Verneuil-d’Avre-et-d’Iton, a quaint little city with plenty of shops and nice Restaurants.

Fully air-conditioned holiday cottage. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance opens into a large living area featuring a very well-equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a living room with a TV (sofa bed); the room opens onto the terrace. Bathroom with a large shower and a vanity with two sinks; the toilet is separate. Upstairs (baby gate), 3 beautiful, comfortable attic bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (one with a closet, the other with a desk), and the third with a double bed and a closet. Bathroom with toilet. On one side, you’ll enjoy a terrace and a very pleasant garden under the trees (unfenced area between the owner’s house and the holiday cottage), and on the other, a private enclosed courtyard opening out onto the fields; ample parking. Recreational amenities: a jungle gym, a swing, a slide, darts, and 4 adult bicycles available for use (with a child seat).
