One of the real advantages of this address is that you can go shopping on foot in the village, or take a walk from the gîte to the forest or the local leisure park with its playground. Unless you want to go on one of the Gr, 26 or 224, 3km away.

The gîte is all on one level. A small entrance area leads to the bright, airy living room with its modern, well-equipped kitchen, central dining area and lounge. Night zone with 3 bedrooms: the pink one, with a 160x200 double bed and a desk, the beige one, with 2 single beds and a small desk, and the small one with an art deco style for 2 people, with a 140cm bed, overlooking the garden. There's a lovely bathroom with a large walk-in shower and towel dryer, and a separate toilet. There's also a laundry room with access to the rear garden. Outside, the property is fully enclosed (approx. 500 m²): parking area with garage, courtyard to the front of the house, and a pleasant garden to the rear with terrace. A porch will be installed for fine weather. The residential area overlooks a forest, with lovely walks at the end of the street. The railroad line is about 100 m away.
