Like a postcard from Normandy, this charming thatched cottage seems to be set in its own green setting, in an adorable, peaceful corner of the countryside. It has all the hallmarks of an old-fashioned house, but the furnishings, comfort and decoration are completely up to date. You'll love the character of the half-timbered walls and exposed beams, thatched roofs and iris-covered ridge: a truly charming house that also boasts a large, landscaped 3,000 m² garden with plenty of space to stretch your legs or relax in your favorite spot, why not by the water lily pond. There's also a lovely terrace with a spa for your well-being. Here, everything has been thought of for your vacation, including a trampoline, table tennis and a swing set, and inside you'll find plenty of books, comics and games for young and old alike. The nearby River Seine offers breathtaking views.
Ground floor: lovely, warm living area with comfortable dining room, cosy sitting room with fireplace and well-equipped kitchen next door. Bedroom with double bed 160X200. Bathroom with separate toilet and utility room. UPSTAIRS: you arrive in a landing bedroom (open onto the ground floor) with a single Bed 90x190 and a real office space, which can also be used as a relaxation area with television, game console (wii) and a sofa for comfort, also lots of games for the Kids. It gives access to the second bedroom with two single beds 90X190 and a small sitting area with TV. Outside, you'll enjoy the Spa and the lovely terrace with garden furniture. The 3000 m² garden is enclosed by hedges, and the frog pond is not enclosed. Baby equipment with changing mat, bouncer and toys for Kids, cot and high chair.

Valentine Calme et volupté

Un gîte bien agencé ou rien ne manque. Un magnifique jardin.
Les propriétaires font tout pour vous mettre à l'aise, sont disponibles et ont des bons conseils de visites.
le petit plus,le jacuzzi qui permet de passer un moment agréable après les nombreuses visites qu'offre la région.
Une très bonne adresse pour se reposer et profiter de la Normandie.

merci beaucoup pour ces appréciations .oui gîte très aux calme situé au bout de la route sans issue . Dans notre secteur normand ou on peut faire de belles visites.

Ch ti Caj Merveilleux séjour
Tout a été parfait avec le soleil tout au long du séjour
La chaumière juste magnifique
Le terrain : grandiose
Le spa : relaxant
Les jeux et surtout la table de Ping Pong : idéal pour des sportifs comme nous
La terrasse avec son salon de jardin : rien de mieux pour les amateurs d apéro
Le programme idéal pour une semaine :
-Matin cool avec petit dej sur la terrasse et partie de Ping Pong
-Après midi :découverte de la région (randonnées, BIOTROPICA, bases de loisirs...)
-Retour au gîte et on se laisse se prélasser dans le spa
-Et on finit par le meilleur moment de la journée : un bon apéroMais surtout impossible de clôturer ce message sans remercier infiniment les propriétaires pour leur disponibilité tout en restant discret, pour leur magnifique accueil avec un délicieux gâteau aux pommes.
Merci à vous pour cette prestation qui nous a permis de refaire le plein d’énergie.
