The Risle valley winds its way from village to village, through forests and pastures, passing through this quiet, pleasant little town. At the Champ Saint-Simon gîte, you'll be able to enjoy these landscapes, where you'll be delighted to lose yourself on foot by the water's edge or in the state-owned forest, or to explore them on your own: there's no room for boredom here! Dominique and Philippe have designed this little house with your comfort in mind, just as they have for their own: a pleasant, bright living room with a small balcony where you can relax with a cup of coffee, a well-equipped kitchen, elegant bedrooms in contemporary colors, and a well-kept garden with beautiful flowers on sunny days and fruit trees where you'll love to pick your own fruit. The shops are just a stone's throw away, perfect for getting your bread and newspaper on foot! You're between Le Bec Hellouin, one of France's most beautiful villages, and Pont-Audemer, full of charm with its timber-framed houses lining the canals.

The Holiday cottage is a house built on a basement, so it's laid out on the first floor: entrance with checkroom cupboard, functional, well-equipped kitchen, bright living room opening onto a balcony with views over the garden and valley: dining area near the kitchen, and comfortable lounge. Two nicely decorated bedrooms, each with built-in closet or small dressing room: the yellow and gray one with a double bed 140x190 and the duck blue one with two single beds 90x190. Shower room with large shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. There's a basement garage for cars, bikes or motorcycles, and a laundry room with washing machine. The 600 m² fully enclosed garden is ideal for travelling with your pet. Public recharging point for electric vehicles approx. 1 km away. The GR224 is 500 m from the Holiday cottage.
