From the driveway, discover this large house, probably built shortly before the French Revolution, in wood-fired brick, then separated into two dwellings in 1860. Today, Michèle and Michel occupy one part of the house, while the other is used for the gîte. Just for you, a garden planted with trees and flowers on fine days, with plenty of play equipment: swing, small slide... You're on the edge of a charming village on the banks of the Seine; you'll love the atmosphere, the characteristic little streets and the waterfront. Don't miss crossing the Seine on foot at the dam. For hiking enthusiasts, you're at the crossroads of the GR2 and GR222 footpaths. Also within easy reach are the Biotropica leisure park and animal park.

Enter on the ground floor: small entrance on the garden side, cosy living room with old floor tiles and exposed beams: comfortable lounge and dining room, also an office. Next door, the kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a staircase that can be quite steep for people with reduced mobility: 3 bedrooms, one with a washbasin area and double bed, the second with a large 160 cm bed that can be converted into 2 separate beds, and the third with 2 single beds.
