This typical farmhouse offers exceptional views over a pastoral valley. A large terrace has been laid out to make the most of it. Extensively restored, the house boasts a high level of comfort and contemporary decor. A lovely address where you can be welcomed by some rather friendly Alpacas. The Spa is open all year round and is included in the price (five places, including two lying down). The Piscine has a depth of 130 cm, dimensions: 4X6m (not heated) and is open from June 1 to September 30. Sports hall and table soccer also on site. The path at the end of the cul-de-sac leads to the Brotonne forest and the Seine.

GROUND FLOOR: living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 of which is 160x200 cm, 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms with wc, wc, 1 shower located in the access to the terrace. Adjoining the owner's house. Private enclosed garden of 500 m², protected pond.

    Très bon week-end

    Nous avons passé un très bon week-end. Les enfants ont adorés nourrir les alpagas, le jacuzzi et les jeux.

    Calme et Sérénité

    Si vous cherchez le calme, avec une très belle vue, le gîte des Monts de Caux est fait pour vous, avec une literie au top, des sanitaires également au top, nous avons profité du jacuzzi, super agréable, de belles balades au départ du gîte, dans la forêt toute proche, et avons bien apprécié la cheminée au retour, merci à Nathalie pour sa gentillesse, et petit plus, de charmants voisins, les alpagas et la petite chèvre, super gentils, nous recommandons ce gîte sans problème, et reviendrons avec plaisir.

    Endroit magnifique et paisible, hôte dynamique, très agréable et disponible, belle découverte des gentils alpagas, jacuzzi tout prêt pour notre arrivée, une belle bulle d’air !

    très bel endroit

    Nous sommes partis avec beaucoup de regret! c'est tout dire.
    Un endroit superbe belle terrasse et vue magnifique et une chance en plus nous avons eu un beau temps.
    De très belles balades à faire en forêt ou en bord de seine et de beaux villages à visiter.
    La propriétaire est très acceuillante et vraiment charmante, et elle aime les animaux alpagas,chiens,chat...
    Excellente literie et confort des sanitaires.

    Merveilleuse semaine

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le gîte très bien équipé, une belle et grande terrasse, piscine et SPA et le must : les ALPAGA
    Une semaine très reposante : nos 2 chats se sont bien adapté
    La propriétaire très accueillante a facilité notre installation.
    Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
