In the heart of the Risle Valley, this half-timbered house welcomes you for a relaxing stay whatever the season. In winter, the fireplace will warm you up during your evenings with a DVD or a game of board games. When the weather's fine, the large outdoor area is the perfect place to enjoy a game of table tennis or badminton. You'll also enjoy the view over the meadow, where the cows graze peacefully. Nearby, don't miss Bec-Hellouin and its abbey, awarded the title of Most Beautiful Village in France. Brionne also awaits you with its restaurants, shops and leisure centre. For hiking enthusiasts, there are many walks in the Montfort forest or along the GR224, less than 2 km from the gîte.

Ground floor: Spacious entrance giving access to the first floor, with mini-breakfast area. Large living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area. Sitting area around the fireplace, with TV and DVD player. Bathroom and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: Two spacious attic bedrooms with storage space. The yellow one with two single beds 90x190 and the blue one with a double bed 140x190. Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed 2500 m² garden with garden furniture and numerous games: table tennis, badminton, darts. Garage can also be used as a bicycle shed. Baby equipment (chair, cot, bathtub, changing table) on request.
