Marie and Jérôme have turned this former barn into a cosy nest with all the charm of the past, combining a modern atmosphere with stone walls and exposed beams. Friends and families alike will be seduced by this large Holiday cottage with modular spaces to suit your needs. As an added bonus, this restaurant has been designed to reduce its environmental impact. In the garden, you'll find everything you need to make the most of your stay: pétanque court, molkky, sheltered area with darts near the landscaped pond, not forgetting the Spa! If you like games and challenges, don't hesitate to ask your hosts, who offer orienteering races and Flipou-Lanta! You're in a lovely little corner of the Eure region, between Les Andelys and its Château Gaillard, the banks of the Seine and Lake Poses... with the GR®2 hiking trail nearby! Here, local Normandy produce is at your fingertips, with 2 farms right next door and their fine dairy and cider products.

A small path leads to the Holiday cottage, which opens onto an entrance hall and separate toilet. A large, bright living room opens onto the terrace and garden: sitting area with wood-burning stove for winter warmth, dining area, modern kitchen. Bathroom with large walk-in shower. 2 staircases lead up on either side to the second floor with its attic, making the Holiday cottage completely modular. Upstairs, a shower room with toilet, a double bedroom (bed 180x200 separable) in blue glitter tones and a sofa bed. A second bedroom in pink tones with 4 single beds, a landing converted into a relaxation area with a small bookcase and convertible sofa. Outside: 5-seater Spa, wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, sheltered smoking area with darts and a lovely view of the secure pond. The Holiday cottage is totally independent, with your guests as neighbors; the whole property is enclosed. Electric recharging point (€8 charge).
