Country vacation rental on a farm with large garden, ideal for children

You'll fall in love with this pretty little corner of Normandy: a charming village in the Pays d'Avre, d'Eure et d'Iton, surrounded by woods, fields and pastures, in a peaceful setting. The Gîte de l'Eglise has the genuine warmth of a family vacation home. Christine and Eric have designed it with this in mind: a large enclosed garden with terrace, plenty of games for young and old, furniture for relaxing and dining al fresco, fruit trees for picking (apple, pear and raspberry) and space on the inside with a cosy sitting room in front of the fireplace, a room with lots of games, a well-equipped kitchen for concocting tasty dishes and three pretty bedrooms. The sheep in the neighbouring pasture will also be delighted by your visit. In short, it's the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. You're just a stone's throw from the charming Avre valley and Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton, one of France's "most beautiful detours".

GROUND FLOOR: entrance, living room with fireplace and dining area, well-equipped kitchen with dining area, then 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (1 160x200) and one with 3 single beds (crib). Room with lots of games for children and a study. 2 shower rooms, 1 with a toilet (closed) and a separate toilet. Games: swing set, sandpit, seesaw, balls, badminton/volleyball net, children's bikes, scooters... The enclosed garden is approx. 1500 m², plus courtyard parking. You're on the edge of Eric's farm. To reassure sleepers, the church bells are not ringing.
