You'll enter the large living room with its fireplace, TV with Canal +, comfortable dining area and sleeping area with sofa bed (140x190). You'll also find a small, fully-equipped kitchen behind the bar. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heated towel rail. A staircase leads up to the bedroom, which overlooks the living area and features a double bed (140x190), a baby bed and an office area. Outside, the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooks the 2000 m² private garden with table tennis and badminton. A few steps lead up to the superb heated swimming pool (11x4.5m), surrounded by deckchairs and open from April 19th to the end of September, from 10am to 7pm (with solar shower). A second garden area of around 2000 m², shared with the owners. Bikes for young and old are also available for exploring the surrounding area. For walkers, the GR224 is less than 3 km away.
