You're in the middle of a pleasant wooded garden, just for you, with fields as far as the eye can see where cows graze. Restored with great respect for local architecture, the gîte boasts real cachet, authenticity and contemporary comfort. Spacious and all on one level, Sophie and Gérard's gîte will welcome your little tribe. During your stay, everyone will easily find their place in this country house. The living room, and especially the sitting room with its wood-burning stove, will be perfect for getting together after a day's walking. BUNGALOW GITE: large living room with dining area and cosy sitting room with TV in front of the stove, and next door the functional, well-equipped kitchen. The room opens onto the terrace and garden. Three bedrooms: the first with a double bed and en-suite shower room and toilet; the second with a 2-person bed. (160x200) and the third with three single beds. A large bathroom with vanity unit, towel rail and separate toilet. Laundry room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, the gîte benefits from an unenclosed 2000 m² garden. Garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs are at your disposal. For children, a swing and lots of board games. Not overlooked.
