Set in the heart of the Eure Valley, this pretty country house-style gîte welcomes you for a peaceful Normandy getaway. A cosy living room awaits you, where you can share a convivial moment over a good meal or a roaring fire. Younger guests will also be delighted by the play area in one of the upstairs bedrooms. When the weather's fine, a large private garden planted with trees awaits you, ideal for a game of badminton or an afternoon of sunbathing. And for the more sporty, the GR222 passes right in front of the gîte! Nearby, you'll find Acquigny, a small town on the banks of the Eure, with many shops and restaurants, as well as Louviers, a lively little town. To the south, Évreux awaits you, with its cathedral and beautiful walks along the Iton river.

Ground floor: entrance, lovely living room with sitting area in front of the fireplace and dining area. Well-equipped kitchen separate from the living room, with another small dining area. Large bedroom with double bed and small private shower room, separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: landing with small bookcase and two bedrooms with parquet flooring. The grey bedroom, with double bed 160X200 and decorative furniture, and the blue bedroom with two single beds and a children's play area. Bathroom with toilet. You'll enjoy a 1700 m² enclosed garden with trees and garden furniture.
