On the edge of the Forest de la Londe and a stone's throw from the loops of the Seine, this large Holiday cottage is ready to welcome your tribe. Formerly a cider house, it is laid out like a large, comfortable house, with a very spacious living room, luminous thanks to large bay windows and warm thanks to its exposed beams, a kitchen adapted for organizing large-scale meals, 9 bedrooms and dormitories and an independent studio accessible to people with reduced mobility. It also boasts its own pleasant, wooded garden, with views over horse pastures and apple orchards. All around, plenty of nice walks on small paths, in the Countryside or in the Forest.
The Holiday cottage is next to an equestrian center, so riders and horses are welcome.

Ground floor: entrance, 150 m² room with a small lounge, bar and modular furniture for your meals; a movable partition divides the room in two. Professionally equipped kitchen. Sanitary facilities with 2 toilets (one PMR) and a shower. A large 50 m² studio (PMR) accommodates up to 7 people (single beds including 2 Bunk beds: kitchenette and a shower room with toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms for 2 and 3 people with private shower room and wc, 4 dormitories for 5 to 8 people with private shower room and wc, a dormitory for 8 people and 2 bedrooms for 2 people with shared sanitary facilities. A total of 12 toilets and 11 showers. The Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house.
Private 900 m² garden, part of which is enclosed.
The Holiday cottage is approved by Jeunesse et Sports and registered with the Inspection Académique de l'Eure.
