In the heart of a charming village in the Eure valley, Anne-Laure welcomes you to this delightful gîte. You'll love the comfort of this pretty house, where everything has been thought of for your vacations. It's very well designed and equipped, with plenty of space for everyone to find their own favorite corner. The decor is very well done, with a contemporary feel and lovely, soft colors, for a very warm atmosphere. For the children, there's a room just for them, dedicated to games and, outside, balls, Swedish skittles, pétanque and a shell for water games in fine weather. The garden, all green and beautifully flowered in season, is entirely private and enclosed by hedges, with a lovely view over the pastures and the valley; depending on your arrival, you can enjoy the fruits of the picking.
At the entrance to the property, Anne-Laure has her own ceramics workshop where she creates beautiful works of art: she'll be delighted to talk to you about this art craft and can even introduce you to it.
Ground floor: entrance into a warm, spacious living room with fireplace, a bright, well-equipped kitchen-dining room, a bedroom in old-pink tones (2 single beds 80x200 that can be brought together to make 1 double bed 160x200), a shower room with large shower and double basin and separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 attractive bedrooms with parquet flooring on the courtyard side (1 double bed 160x200 in one and 3 single beds in the other), a small bedroom with a cot and all baby equipment, gaming room, bathroom and separate wc. Private, enclosed 800 m² garden. The Holiday cottage is equipped with fiber optics.
The region is superb for walks along the Eure and its small villages, or a little further along the Seine with its magnificent scenery.

Mimi95 Séjour en famille élargie
Gite très confortable, bien équipé, agréable pour une famille avec 3 enfants et plus. Le village est mignon et permet des ballades de proximité immédiate sans prendre la voiture, puis dans des villages environnants.
Aire de jeux, piscine et glaciers à Pacy sur eure.
Les commerces de proximité sont accessibles à pied

Hilabel Une belle maison pour un séjour familial
La maison d'Anne-Laure est très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Ayant un bébé, il y avait beaucoup d'équipement (lit, table à langer, baignoire, chaise haute). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le jardin avec ses jeux pour enfants et les arbres fruitiers ! Croisy est une ville très calme et agréable, avec une jolie balade le long de l'Eure à faire à pied, à 5 minutes de la maison.

Paulette Week-end entre amies
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend . Le gîte est très bien situé à proximité de l'autoroute,d'Évreux, de Giverny et de différents sites touristiques. Possibilité de faire des balades à pied dans les alentours. Gîte bien équipé, nous avons même pu profiter de l'extérieur. Les bons conseils donnés par la propriétaire ont été très utiles quant aux visites . Au plaisir de revenir pour une autre occasion.

Joli gîte à proximité de Pacy/Eure, avec une cheminée pour les journées hivernales. Commerces de proximité dans le village à côté.
Bon accueil et bons conseils de Marie-Laure.

Wunderbare Tage auf dem Land
Das gepflegte und räumlich großzügige Ferienhaus im normannischen Stil liegt in einem Ort mit rund 200 Einwohnern inmitten einer schönen und ruhigen ländlichen Umgebung. Zentrale Einrichtungen wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nationalstraßen sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auch vom Haus aus konnten viel unternehmen (Schwimmen, Radfahren, Kultur).
Das Ferienhaus ist gepflegt und wohnlich, für den täglichen Gebrauch ist alles vorhanden, auch für größere Familien.
Gerne haben im Garten den großen Esstisch, die bequemen Liegestühle und die großzügige Rasenfläche genutzt.
Während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthaltes haben wir die persönliche Ansprache der hilfsbereiten und kommunikativen Besitzerin als sehr angenehm empfunden und können das Gîte ohne Einschränkungen nur weiterempfehlen.- Cleanliness
