This little corner of the Countryside between the Calonne, Risle and Charentonne valleys has a lot of charm. At the end of a small lane, this former 19th-century charretterie is now a really nice and original vacation home. You'll love the open-plan layout around the living room, and the brightness created by the translucent windows and walls that open out onto the garden. Carole, your host, is passionate about decorating and has created a very warm atmosphere around original materials such as modern wood panels: beautiful materials, leather, wood, very natural colors, furniture and decorative objects that are both antique and contemporary. The result is luminous, comfortable and spacious: each room has its own bathroom. The large terrace links up with the garden, which is planted with trees and flowers in fine weather. Plenty of walks and games for young and old.

Entrance on the ground floor leads to a bright, welcoming living room with a wood-burning stove overlooking the terrace and garden, and a functional, well-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining area. PMR-accessible bedroom with 160x200 double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet and large walk-in shower, also PMR-accessible. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. ON THE FIRST FLOOR, you'll find a lovely open-plan bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a small study and a private shower room with toilet. You'll find everything you need to accommodate two babies. The Holiday cottage is Tourism and Handicap approved (hearing and mental handicaps). The 1300 m² garden is enclosed by hedges. Next door, a shelter for motorcycles, bicycles and cars. Gantry, zip-line and slide accessible on the owners' property, where there is a pond (unprotected). Pets allowed up to a maximum of one dog or cat.
