The owners will be delighted to tell you all about this family home, with its moat, wash house, bakery and mill, set in the calm of the surrounding countryside. A vast property full of games awaits you, to the delight of Kids, who will be won over by the wooden play area with cabins, slide, monkey bridge and swings. In winter, the fireplace will bring you warmth and comfort. There's no shortage of tourist attractions in the surrounding area: the Eure Valley and its wooded hills, and Giverny and Claude Monet's gardens are not to be missed.

FIRST FLOOR: entrance opening onto a tastefully decorated living room with fireplace and dining area. The kitchen is separate from the living room and well-equipped. It gives access to a first shower room with toilet on one side, and on the other a bedroom with double bed 140x190, which can also be reached via the entrance.
