In the heart of the Pays d'Ouche, Laurence welcomes you to Little Normandy, a property with several Holiday cottages, including this pretty traditional timber-framed house. In the peace and quiet of this beautiful setting, you can enjoy a taste of nature and relax by the Piscine. The atmosphere is peaceful, with a terrace and private garden just for you, where you'll feel far away from it all. It's also an ideal base for visiting L'Aigle and its famous Market, Verneuil d'Avre et d'Iton and its ramparts, or Center Parcs. In addition to the Piscine, there's also a relaxation area with Spa, sauna and table soccer, perfect for a moment of relaxation. Kids and adults alike will also appreciate the many games available on this beautiful one-hectare property: pétanque, table tennis, badminton, mini soccer with goals, swings, croquet, books for adults and Kids, board games.

Ground floor: the living area comprises a bright kitchen and dining area facing the terrace and garden, and a sitting room next to the wood-burning stove. Shower room with access to separate toilet. UPSTAIRS: two air-conditioned bedrooms, a small attic bedroom with exposed beams and a double bed 140x190, and a seaside-style bedroom with two single beds 90X190, which also has outside access. Private washing machine in an annex. The unfenced, hedged garden is at the heart of a large property. Relaxation area and Piscine shared by all three Holiday cottages, accessible for your Holiday cottage via a WhatsApp booking link. Piscine 5x10 meters, covered and heated, open from April 30 to September 30, weather permitting (the roof cannot be opened). Parties not permitted.
