Outside, the garden becomes a life-size playground, with plenty of games (swing, slide, badminton, skittles, scooter and lots of toys) and a backdrop that doesn't cheat: the estuary, the cliffs of Saint Samson de la Roque and, in the distance, the silhouette of the Tancarville bridge. The days stretch out between iodine-rich or country-style walks, relaxing on the deckchairs, and pausing on sunny days in the light-filled recreation room with its fireplace to extend the evenings when the air gets cooler. And because the best memories are often created simply, here you'll find everything you need to disconnect effortlessly: a top-notch kitchen for preparing tasty dishes, a fine selection of board games, a well-stocked DVD library... the perfect combo for evenings that bring people together. All this in a house as pretty as it is well-equipped, where nothing is missing thanks to Vanessa's little attentions.

Ground floor: entrance to the kitchen, modern and very well equipped, bright thanks to its double exposure, separated by openwork from the dining room, a lovely, comfortable space. The living room, just off the kitchen, is a very pleasant, cocooning room with its beautiful sofas and armchairs: it offers a whole cabinet of board games, comics and books, a TV with DVD player and plenty of DVDs for young and old. Attractive shower room with large walk-in shower; separate toilet. ON THE FLOOR, the landing leads to the two spacious attic bedrooms with excellent bedding: one with a double bed (160x200) or 2 twin beds, armchair and storage space, and the other with the same bedding plus a third single bed (80x200); desk and storage space. On the ground floor, accessible from the outside, you'll enjoy a lovely room with windows overlooking the garden, a large fireplace, a dining area and a small relaxation area. Unheated, this room is perfect for sunny days. Terrace and large private semi-enclosed garden of approx. 1000 m² adjoining Vanessa and Alexis's. Your favorite pets are welcome, as long as they respect the house dog and cat. In the heart of the Regional Nature Park, the GR 23 passes right in front of the house for walks to the banks of the Seine.
