Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with parquet floors and beautiful antique furniture, each with its own private bathroom. Breakfast is served on the first floor, in a room with atypical high ceilings and a sitting area. Outside, you'll enjoy the large park and, as a bonus, a tennis court! Here you'll discover our farm produce. Nearby, you'll discover some of the Eure's finest attractions: the charming village of Bec-Hellouin and its abbey, the Harcourt Arboretum and the majestic Champs de Bataille estate. Further north, you're just forty kilometers from the center of Rouen.

UPSTAIRS: The blue bedroom for three, with a 140x190 double bed and a 90x190 single bed. Beautiful parquet floor and decorative fireplace. En-suite bathroom with toilet. The pink bedroom sleeps four, with two 140x190 double beds, wardrobe and desk. Separate shower room and toilet, both private and adjoining the bedroom. Room reserved for guests, serving as a lounge and breakfast room, located on the left side of the building. Large garden with tennis court.
