You'll love the modern yet cosy atmosphere; you'll feel right at home here. Perfect for two people, it has a well-designed living room with a well-equipped kitchen area for preparing and enjoying your best recipes, a cosy lounge and an office area. To relax and recharge your batteries, the attic bedroom awaits you. The gîte is self-contained, with a private outdoor area and garden furniture for a meal or a siesta in the open air; don't forget your grilled meats for the barbecue.
When it comes to sightseeing, there's something for everyone. Don't miss a visit to the archaeological site of Gisacum, an 8-minute walk away, where you can immerse yourself in the history of a Gallo-Roman city.

Entrance on the ground floor leads to the living area: well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable dining area and cosy lounge with sofa bed (for emergency use); there's also a practical office with WIFI access. Upstairs, accessed by a miller's staircase, you'll find the shower room with shower, vanity unit, toilet and washing-machine dryer. Next door, a pretty little attic bedroom with double bed and storage space. For your comfort, everything is included, linen and beds made up on arrival. There's also a private outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, and parking. The large, fully enclosed property comprises 4 separate gîtes around a shared courtyard. Bike/motorcycle shelter.
