The life of a château, that's what this Holiday cottage has to offer! Located on the 1st floor of this beautiful 18th-century château, it offers all the magic of the place, with its antique furnishings, floor tiles, engravings and large windows opening onto the main courtyard, while retaining all the modern comforts. The owners will be delighted to tell you all about this family home, with its moat, wash house, bakery and mill, set in the calm of the surrounding countryside. A vast property full of games awaits you, much to the delight of Kids, who will love the wooden playground with its perched cabins, monkey bridge, slide and swings! In winter, the fireplace will bring you warmth and comfort. There's no shortage of things to see and do in the surrounding area: the Eure Valley and its wooded hills, and Giverny and Claude Monet's gardens are not to be missed.
FIRST FLOOR: small entrance, opening onto each of the two bedrooms. On one side, the long single bedroom, with a Bed 90x190, gives access to a cosy living room with dining area and fireplace, opening onto the kitchen area. The second bedroom, accessible via the kitchen or entrance hall, has a double bed (140x190) and an independent toilet. Spacious shower room, which can be accessed via the single bedroom or wc. Beautiful 3000 m² enclosed property, shared with the other occupants of the château (owners and second five-person Holiday cottage on the same floor, ref 821). These large outdoor spaces feature a trampoline, sand pit, ping-pong table and bicycles for exploring the estate on your own. You can add to the accommodation's capacity by reserving a studio for two people (ref 1502) located 350m away.

Irinajess Un séjour parfait en famille
Il s'agit de notre troisième ou quatrième séjour au château et ça nous plaît toujours autant. Le village paisible pas trop loin d'Évreux, des balades sur les circuits pédestres en forêt, le château avec son parc et un aire de jeux pour les enfants. C'est Un vrai plaisir. Encore merci beaucoup à Catherine pour son accueil. A bientôt

Carole Échappée, belle...
Très belle expérience, dans ce château très bien équipé et propre. Avec une très belle vue sur le parc et les chevaux. Un village très agréable, avec de belles balades à faire, pour ceux qui aiment marcher. Beaucoup de visites intéressantes aux alentours... Propriétaire agréable et discrète.

Pour une "première" en Gîte de France,nous ne pouvons que nous féliciter de notre choix.
Nous avons passé une semaine des plus agréables au domaine de Croisy sur Eure..
Point important...
La literie y est excellente!A conseiller donc a tous ceux qui veulent se ressourcer et profiter du calme et de la sérénité des lieux.
La superbe vue sur le parc et les chevaux ,combinée a l'environnement de ce petit bourg très fleuri en font un havre tres reposant.
Les propriétaires du château sont à l'écoute a la fois,très agréables et discrets.Nous conseillons donc cet établissement sans réserves!

Nous avons été charmés par ce séjour très agréable dans un joli village au milieu de la nature où le temps semble s'être arrêté et où les jours s'égrènent au fil des rivières environnantes. L'endroit est parfaitement calme. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à ceux qui aiment les vieilles pierres, qui aiment entendre les vieux parquets grincer et les poutres craquer et qui cherchent un moment de paix et de tranquillité. L'endroit est facile d'accès en voiture.
