Entrance on the ground floor leads to the spacious living room, warm and soft in its beige tones; it features a modern, well-equipped kitchen, a cosy living room and a comfortable dining area, and opens onto the outdoor dining area. Bright, airy bathroom with shower, toilet, towel rail and adjoining storage room. Upstairs, 3 elegant bedrooms with sloping ceilings and views over the countryside: on one side, a double with 160x200 bed and TV, on the other, 2 interconnecting bedrooms: the first, a double with 160x200 bed, desk and TV, the second, a small single with 2 single beds, the second of which is a spare. Storage space with closet on the landing. On the garden side, you'll enjoy a lovely 800 m² space just for you, with parking and a dining/lounging area on the living room side, sheltered from view on the grassy side (garden furniture and armchairs); the property including the neighboring gîte is fully enclosed.
