On the edge of the charming Rouloir valley, in a peaceful little village, this Holiday cottage has been designed as a real vacation spot: very comfortable, elegant and well-equipped, it offers relaxation, games and Wellbeing around the indoor swimming pool in fine weather, or in the Spa all year round. There's no room for boredom here, thanks to the many games available. Kids can visit the goats, turtles and ornamental chickens. You'll appreciate Nadège's little attentions, as she gives you a warm welcome and does her utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The area is really nice, just a stone's throw from a small, typically Norman City with its shops, and ideal for bucolic walks along the river or in the Forest.

Ground floor: entrance to large, bright living room with kitchen area, dining area and comfortable lounge. Separate shower room and toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 attic bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed 160x200 cm), wc with washbasin. The Holiday cottage has its own private enclosed garden with terrace. Next door, a beautiful Piscine area (which can sometimes be shared with the owners) with games and a shelter, heated to 28°C (4x8m, from May 2 to September 13, 2026). Spa in a dedicated room accessed from outside the house. Table tennis, trampoline (installed from 04/04/2026 to 30/10/2026), checkers/chess table, badminton, bowling, shuffleboard and visits to the house animals, goats, turtles, etc., for those who wish. Private parking and covered shelter for bikes and motorcycles. The Piscine is reserved and accessible only to guests staying in the Holiday cottage (no additional guests, even by the day).
