On the edge of the charming Rouloir valley, in a peaceful little village, this Holiday cottage has been designed as a real vacation spot: very comfortable, elegant and well-equipped, it offers relaxation, games and Wellbeing around the indoor swimming pool in fine weather, or in the Spa all year round. There's no room for boredom here, thanks to the many games available. Kids can visit the goats, turtles and ornamental chickens. You'll appreciate Nadège's little attentions, as she gives you a warm welcome and does her utmost to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The area is really nice, just a stone's throw from a small, typically Norman City with its shops, and ideal for bucolic walks along the river or in the Forest.

On the ground floor, the entrance opens onto a large, bright living area with a kitchenette, dining area, and comfortable sitting area. Separate bathroom and toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 charming attic bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed, 160x200 cm), toilet with sink. During hot weather, 2 fans and an air cooler are provided.
This self-contained holiday cottage features its own private, enclosed garden with no overlooking neighbors, complete with a patio. Next door is a lovely Piscine area (which may sometimes be shared with the owners) with games and a cover, heated to 28°C (4x8m, from May 2 to September 13, 2026). A Spa is located in a dedicated room accessible from outside the house. Table tennis, a trampoline (set up from April 4, 2026, to October 30, 2026), checkers/chess table, badminton, bowling, shuffleboard, and visits to the farm animals—goats, turtles, etc.—for those who wish. Private parking and a covered shelter for bicycles and motorcycles. The Piscine is reserved exclusively for and accessible only to guests staying at the holiday cottage (no additional guests, even for just a day).
