In the heart of a pretty little village in the Countryside, Marianne and Alain welcome you to this spacious and very comfortable Holiday cottage, which they have furnished to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As soon as you enter the property, you'll be seduced by the large garden, planted with trees and in bloom in fine weather. This is the starting point for beautiful walks through the Countryside or in the Forest, which the owners, who are also hikers, will be happy to guide you to; on the way back, you can relax in the whirlpool bath. Young and old alike will have a great time at the ping-pong table, playing pétanque or badminton, or on the bikes and skates that can be found all around the terrace! You're just a stone's throw from Évreux, its shops and restaurants, as well as Le Neubourg and its famous Wednesday Market. Also nearby, the wooded landscapes of the Pays d'Ouche make for wonderful walks.
Ground floor: entrance, large L-shaped living room with cosy sitting area in front of the fireplace, opening onto the dining area, itself open to the kitchen. Large bathroom with double washbasin and whirlpool bath. Separate toilet and laundry room with storage space. FIRST FLOOR: four bedrooms. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed 160X200: the gray bedroom and the bedroom with balcony, opening onto the outside. Third through bedroom with two 90X200 electric single beds, giving access to the last bedroom, also with two 90X200 single beds. Shower room with toilet. Large 3000 m² garden. Numerous indoor and outdoor games: table soccer, badminton, ping-pong or pétanque. Hi-Fi system and raclette machine available on request.

Marianne et Alain vous accueillent dans la maison qu'ils ont habité pendant 30 ans. Passionnés de jardinage, nous avons planté dans 3000 m² des fleurs vivaces, des annuelles, des arbustes et des fruitiers. Nous utilisons le paillage depuis plus de 10 ans et le désherbage est manuel. Très bon accueil .Le gite est très calme ,aucun bruit . Le jardin est grand et regorge de nombreux oiseaux :pie vert, ,merle ,colombe .

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Au Chemain Fruité. Marianne and Alain helped us a lot with providing information even before our arrival. They welcomed us and gave us all the guidance possible. They were there to help with anything we needed. They took it above and beyond and made us feel very comfortable. The house is spacious and clean and very well equipped. Ormes is an ideal location to go visit different places in Eure and the neighbouring departments of Normandy. We even drove to Paris. We made beautiful memories at the cottage and the nice chats with Marianne and Alain made it even much better. We cannot recommend this cottage enough. One of the best places we have stayed at.

La maison est très agréable,spacieuse. Elle est équipée de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin.
Les chambres à l'étage sépare bien le coin de vie du coin repos.
La terrasse parfaite pour manger dehors, avec 1 pommier si l'on a besoin d'ombre.
Si l'on recherche du calme ,de la tranquillité, c'est là qu'il faut se rendre.

Bjr, nous avons séjourné en famille dans le gîte chemin fruité, avant notre séjour les propriétaires nous ont donné toutes les informations pour passer un bon séjour, l'accueil lors de notre arrivée à été très sympathique, le propriétaire nous a donné toutes les infos afin que nous passions un bon séjour. Le gîte est spacieux, propre, très bien équipé, très agréable, rien ne manque.Le jardin est magnifique ! Nous n'avons hélas pas eu le temps d'en profiter beaucoup mais nous espérons pouvoir y retourner en famille car tout notre petit monde a aimé, les petits comme les grands.Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour cet excellent séjour
