This elegant, charming farmhouse on a large wooded property in the middle of fields is "the" ideal vacation home! Aafke and Guillaume have really thought it through: everything has been designed for your relaxation and well-being, with an emphasis on conviviality and leisure. Inside, you'll find spacious living rooms ready to welcome you, a cosy lounge next to the wood-burning stove, a second lounge with board games and table soccer, 4 bedrooms, and a wellness room with sauna for a relaxing moment. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with contemporary and vintage decor, soft, natural colors and beautiful materials. In the garden, there's plenty of space and games, such as the ping-pong table under the charretterie or the petanque court, and a large terrace where you can enjoy meals in the fresh air, with the countryside as far as the eye can see! 5 bicycles available with lockable storage. Greenway less than 5 km away.
Ground floor: large, cosy living room with modern, well-equipped kitchen with attractive central island, dining area and cocooning lounge next to wood-burning stove. 2nd lounge dedicated to leisure activities with board games and table soccer. Bathroom with walk-in shower (hairdryer) and toilet. Wellbeing room with infrared sauna; laundry area. The first floor is served by 2 staircases: on one side, a large bedroom with outside access, bench and desk, and a small attic bedroom; shower room with wc. On the other side, 2 small attic bedrooms, one with a desk and a toilet (wc and washbasin). Each bedroom has 2 beds (90x200), 2 of which can be converted into double beds. A large terrace runs around the living area, allowing you to set up wherever you like. Garden of over 3000 m² with covered building (table tennis). Petanque court. Wifi internet access. Shops are nearby, in Le Neubourg. Don't miss a visit to the Champ de Bataille!

Km18 Beautiful Gite
The gite was perfect. Just as pictured. The garden was beautiful and included so many activities for the children: bikes, a go kart, basketball, table tennis, a slide. It was a lovely space.
The gite was very clean, warm and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the host was so accommodating and welcoming. Was available for any assistance we required throughout our stay.

Rémy Un gîte des plus cosy !
On s’est sentis vite a l’aise et comme à la maison au gîte d’Aafie, tellement il est cosy, bien décoré, et bien équipé.
La literie est confortable, les salles de bain spacieuses et les équipements nombreux. On a aussi apprécié les vélos et jeux mis à disposition.
