This contemporary, comfortable house has been designed to offer you an ideal vacation spot just 200 meters from the Beach. You'll love the bright interior, the comfortable living room and the veranda, which opens onto a south-facing grassed area where you can soak up the sun. You'll be able to do your shopping, and walk to the Beach and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the Holiday cottage, set off on the "Loop from Asnelles to Arromanches" hike to discover Asnelles, a coastal village, and Arromanches, a small seaside town with an artificial D-Day port whose traces are still clearly visible. Take the opportunity to visit the Asnelles shortbread cookie factory, the Arromanches Museum and admire the scenery overlooking the Sea and the port. The return journey will take you through the Countryside with a glimpse of the coastline.

The Holiday cottage adjoins another holiday rental. The first floor comprises an entrance hall, a living room with fitted kitchen, a veranda (terrace shelter with awning), a shower room and a separate toilet. The first floor comprises 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom for 3 people (1 bed 140cm and 1 bed 90cm), 1 bedroom for 2 people (1 bed 140cm), a bathroom and an independent WC.
