Ideally located just 50 meters from the sandy beach with direct access, Villa Toutanou is an architect-designed home perfectly suited to your seaside vacations: spacious living room with fireplace, functional dining area and kitchen, and large bay windows to soak up the sun. In the garden, you'll appreciate the south-facing terrace for relaxing with family or friends. The tarmac path running alongside the sea allows you to reach Ouistreham on foot or by bike, just 2km away.
Self-contained Holiday cottage. First floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, lounge with sofas and fireplace, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90), bathroom with WC + separate WC. First floor: 4 bedrooms (1 double bed (160cm), 6 twin beds (90cm)) and 1 large mezzanine. Two shower rooms with WC. Enclosed garden with terrace and garden furniture.

Nous Belle maison,très bien équipée et bien localisée
Vacances en famille dans cette belle villa ,très très bien équipée et proche de la plage.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis à notre arrivée par Astrid qui avait tout prévu et pour l’apéritif et pour le petit déjeuner.
Un grand merci à elle.

Frank Perfektes Haus für zwei Familien
Schönes, großes Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Wir haben hier mit zwei Familien eine wunderschöne Woche zu Ostern verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
