This charming house welcomes you to the village of Douvres-la-Délivrande, between Caen and the sea. It's located in a quiet street close to shops and an aquatic center. You'll appreciate the bright, comfortable interior with its two bathrooms. The spacious living room with its bay window opens onto a south-facing terrace. The family-friendly seaside resort of Luc-sur-Mer is 10 minutes away.
Detached house close to the owners' home. First floor: living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, WC. First floor: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm), shower room with WC, 1 bedroom with open shower room (1 double bed 160x200 cm). Garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and 2 deckchairs.

Yoann Gîte à recommander
Séjour d'une semaine pour visiter la Normandie et ce gîte a été le parfait pied-à-terre ! Gîte confortable et spacieux pour une famille de 4, dans un environnement calme avec une jolie vue sur le jardin verdoyant depuis la baie vitrée. Boulangeries et autres commerces accessibles à pied ce qui est appréciable.

Suhuyini vacances tranquilles
La maison était calme, bien équipée. Les magasins nécessaires étaient tout proches. Ce qui manque dans la salle de séjour est par exemple un fauteuil. Avec plus de trois personnes on peut seulement se mettre à table pour communiquer.

Les Belges Un excellent logement de vacances
Nous connaissons le région de Normandie, mais c'etait le premier fois dans ce gite à Douvres. Il est bien equipé et decoré. Très comfortable et aussi une belle vue dans le jardin. Merci d'avoir faites connaissance avec Mr. Christophe. Nous reviendrons!

Gite agréable et bien équipé. La WIFI a été changée et fonctionne parfaitement pour travailler.Le secteur est calme. La maison est bien située pour tous les commerces.
