Located just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Bernières, Villa des Fleurs is a charming little 1930s house that has been perfectly renovated, combining modern amenities with vintage furniture and decor. The interior layout is perfect for a family with kids, who will love the second-floor living area with plenty of games. In the garden, you’ll be secluded from prying eyes, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. You can walk to the town centers of Bernières-sur-Mer or Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer in 10 minutes. And for Gourmets, head to the fish market in Courseulles and the artisanal biscuit shop in Quinéville, located in Bernières.

The holiday cottage is a standalone unit. The ground floor features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a double bedroom (1 160cm bed), and a bathroom with a toilet. The attic floor is furnished as a "junior suite" with a sleeping area for two people (two 80 cm beds) featuring a toilet and sink (separated by hinged doors), which opens onto a living area (sofa, armchairs, TV, and bookshelf). The holiday cottage features a private, enclosed 100-square-meter yard with lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a barbecue. Free parking is available on the street leading to the Beach, 100 meters from the holiday cottage. You can unload your car next to the holiday cottage.
