Looking for an Unusual break in a green setting in the heart of the Pays d'Auge? Whether you're a couple or a family, discover the originality of a stay in a locally-built Tiny House! You'll have free access to the park, where cows, horses, sheep, goats, chickens, geese, rabbits and guinea pigs live side by side. Animal lovers, the owners will give young and old alike the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the farm animals during your stay. You'll enjoy a beautiful Location, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge countryside, 35 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Fleurie, and close to Cambremer, Lisieux and Livarot.

The Tiny House is a standalone unit, located near the owners' home on an educational farm that also features another 5-person Holiday cottage (ref. 3548). It is accessed via 4 steps. It features a living area with a dining space (table and benches), a kitchen area, and a bathroom with a dry toilet. The sleeping areas are accessed via a staircase built into the furniture (high steps, no safety railing). The ceiling height is 1 meter. The first sleeping area has one double bed (180 cm, can be separated), and the second sleeping area has two single beds (90 cm, can be joined together); these two areas are connected by a net. There are no window coverings. The holiday cottage features a private, enclosed garden with a patio, picnic table, armchairs, lounge chairs, and a fire pit. Meals can be ordered from the owners through a local caterer. An electric vehicle charging station is available on-site for a fee: €0.40 per kWh consumed.
