Located 5 minutes' walk from Port-Guillaume, Houlgate beach and Dives-sur-Mer shops, this pleasant vacation home is the ideal base for your seaside holiday. A pleasant, tastefully decorated living room with wood-burning stove opens onto a well-exposed, unoverlooked wooden terrace. Take advantage of the many seaside activities and cultural events on offer all year round, not forgetting the charming Pays d'Auge villages of Beuvron and Cambremer. You'll particularly appreciate being able to do everything on foot, as the gite's location is ideal.
Detached holiday cottage, located near the owner’s home. The ground floor features a living area with a kitchen and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove (a high-quality 140x190 cm sofa bed for 2 people), and a toilet. The upper level features an open-concept mezzanine bedroom (one double bed, 140x190 cm) and a bathroom with a toilet. Sleeping area for kids (140 cm mattress) accessible via a ladder. Dishwasher (no washing machine). Courtyard with a wooden deck and patio furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol. Baby-friendly.

Thecat Agréable gîte
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire.
Un petit gîte tellement agréable, très propre et bien situé. À deux pas des commerces mais aussi des plages de Houlgate et Cabourg. Merci à nos hôtes pour leurs bons conseils et leur disponibilité. Nous avons adoré les balades sur la plage de Cabourg, Beuvron-en-Auge, le marché couvert de Cabourg et sa poissonnerie, les crustacés de Trouville ...
Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte et nous y reviendrons à une autre saison pour en profiter encore plus.- Cleanliness

Logement bien situé, au calme, à 10 min à pied du charmant centre ville de Dives. Cabourg et Houlgate sont également facilement accessible à pied. Le Logement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 3.

Dives sur Mer Gîte Ritz
Gîte très agréable, bien équipé, super propre, au calme, accueil chaleureux et de bons conseils donnés par le propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte et nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir si nos pas nous mènent de nouveau dans cette région.

Benjamin petit cocon
hormis le temps qui n'a pas été de la partie, le gite est très bien situé pour faire des ballades à pied, accéder rapidement à la mer, plage, port, marcher, ...
Un petit gîte agréable et vraiment tranquille.
