Just 300 m from the port, restaurants and shops, this comfortable gîte welcomes you to the Normandy coast. You'll appreciate the bright, functional interior, as well as the large terrace and enclosed, child-safe garden. You'll discover village life in Port-en-Bessin, Normandy's leading artisanal fishing port, particularly famous for its coquille St Jacques. You'll enjoy the daily fish market (except Mondays) in the tidal hall just 5 minutes from the gîte. You'll also be ideally situated for visiting the D-Day landing sites and beaches, between Arromanches and the Pointe du Hoc.

Bonjour et bienvenue à Port-en-Bessin ! Nous venions à Port depuis de nombreuses années pour les vacances, nous y habitons désormais à l'année à 300 mètres du gîte. Nous vous accueillerons avec plaisir et pourrons vous guider dans vos visites, randonnées à pied ou à vélo et pourrons échanger sur nos passions : la voile et la gastronomie. A bientôt ! Nicolle Séjour en famille
Nous avons apprécié les petites attentions de Valérie pour nous et les enfants. Ce gite, très bien pour les vacances en famille est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et confortable et idéalement situé géographiquement pour revoir et faire découvrir les plages du Débarquement à nos enfants et petits-enfants. Merci pour votre accueil, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Un deuxième WC à l’étage serait vraiment un plus, ce qui n’influence en rien notre avis positif sur ce logement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Le gîte est très bien équipé, très fonctionnel et décoré avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse et le jardin clos. Il est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et doté d'une place de parking, le port et les commerces sont accessibles à pieds.

MF belles vacances
Gîte très bien placé pour les belles pages de sable fin; Port en Bessin très agréable et vivant. Supermarché à proximité.
Le gîte est très confortable, pratique, lumineux ; quartier calme, un jardin clos pour petits enfants;bien équipé et spécialement pour les enfants (vaisselle, matériel...); excellente literie pour tous avec joli linge. Appareils électroménagers en très bon état. Et pour finir, le top : les propriétaires sont charmants et dispos et répondent aux besoins. Donc un excellent séjour.- Cleanliness

Maria Perfect house and location
The location of the house was fantastic for holidays, the place is quiet and near to a supermarket and the touristic places in Normandy. The town where is located has plenty of options to eat and grocery.
The house is perfect and a great choice for kids. It is big enough for 6 people and with all equipment needed to cook, wash and do barbecues. There are a lot of toys and equipments for kids, the house is fully adapted for them. Our children enjoyed a lot, they felt like at home. The owners are very friendly and flexible, they were very responsive and adaptive to a last minute change in the checkout we had. We are grateful for their hospitality. We really recommend the place and we hope we come back.
