Discover the charm of typical Canadian wood-frame houses by staying in this gîte, ideally located at the gateway to Caen and Suisse-Normande. You'll love the single-storey interior layout, the original, cheerful decor and the top-of-the-range comfort. Children will love the games, table soccer and ping-pong table. Between the countryside (GR 36 hiking trail and organic farm (cream and milk for sale on site) nearby) and the village (all shops 300 m away), the Gîte du Croquet has many facets. The beaches are 30 minutes away and the Orne Valley 15 minutes.
Independent Holiday cottage on one level: entrance with cupboard, living room with sitting area (sofa and armchair), fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm double bed and 2 x 90 cm single beds), shower room, WC. Basement converted into games room (table tennis, table soccer). Unenclosed grounds. Family farm nearby (dairy cows, poultry and calves).

Bonjour et bienvenue au gîte du Croquet à Evrecy ! Nous sommes retraités et disponibles pour vous accueillir. Nous habitons dans le chemin proche du gîte et seront ravis de vous recevoir, tout en restant discrets bien entendu ! Nous pourrons aussi échanger sur l'histoire de la seconde guerre mondiale et sur ses conséquences sur notre commune qui a été très impactée par le débarquement. Très bon accueil, propriétaire chaleureuse. Location très bien installée et parfaitement propre. Bien située dans une ruelle au calme campagnard. A10 km de Caen. Tous commerces courants dans la commune. Envie d'y retourner. Merci
