In a quiet village between Caen and Falaise, this gîte is bright and harmonious. The living room opens onto a suspended terrace. Saint Sylvain is a lively village with all amenities. Delphine will advise you on the best places to visit nearby: the Château de Vendeuvre, the gardens at Canons and the educational mini-farm. The beach at Merville-Franceville is 30 minutes away.
Detached Holiday cottage on first floor (first floor not occupied) comprising living room with open-plan kitchen, sitting area (sofa, armchairs), 3 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x190cm, 1 bed 140x90cm, 1 bed 200x200cm, shower room adjoining one of the bedrooms, bathroom, WC. Outside with terrace, garden table.

German guest First time in Normandie
We had a wonderful time in this very nice apartment , comfortable, sunny, clean and with a beautiful balcony. Saint- Sylvain is a nice place with a small supermarket and two bakeries. You can reach all the famous places of the Normandie within short time. The host Delphine is living next door, she is a very friendly person and speaks English. We can recommend this Gîte!

Co38 Logement très agréable
Accueil des Propriétaires plus que sympa, logement conforme aux photos, très lumineux, calme, entouré de voisins charmants, belle terrasse, bien équipé, agréable à vivre autant que dans le petit village dans lequel il se trouve. Les commerçants sont très agréables, on peut faire ses courses à pieds en partant du logement, un plus.... Surtout quand on est motard. Je recommande vivement !

Midas Séjour Normandie
Maison très agréable et bien équipée en campagne, à quelques minutes de Caen et à 30 / 45 minutes des grands sites touristiques, idéale pour une semaine de vacances Normandes en famille.
