This comfortable, modern Holiday cottage welcomes you to a quiet village 10 minutes from Honfleur's old harbor. You'll appreciate its pleasant, functional interior, ideal for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy the heated swimming pool, covered by a veranda that can be opened to enjoy the sunshine. Véronique and Arnaud will give you a warm welcome and will be happy to advise you on your visits to the region. Apartment on the first floor of a house comprising 1 other gîte (3195) and close to the owners' home, as well as 3 other gîtes (2952, 2955, 3032). The interior comprises a living room with kitchen area, sofa and pellet stove, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140cm and 2 beds 90cm), shower room, separate WC. Private outdoor space with terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Shared garden with swing and slide. Piscine shared by Holiday cottages and owners. Dimensions: 9.6mx4.2m. Depth: 1.4m. Piscine is covered and heated from May 1 to November 1, weather permitting. Cleaning fee payable to owner if pets are present. Electric vehicle charging station available at €20 per week (no charging from non-specific sockets). Parking in enclosed courtyard at foot of Holiday cottage.
