This comfortable, modern Holiday cottage welcomes you to a quiet village 10 minutes from Honfleur's old harbor. You'll appreciate its pleasant, functional interior, ideal for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy the heated swimming pool, covered by a veranda that can be opened to enjoy the sunshine. A furnished apartment on the upper floor of a house that includes one other holiday cottage (3195) and is located near the owners’ residence as well as three other holiday cottages (2952, 2955, 3032) The interior features a living room with a kitchen area, sofa, and wood-burning stove, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 twin beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Private outdoor area with a terrace, patio furniture, and a barbecue. Shared garden with a swing and slide. Shared pool for the holiday cottages and the owners. Dimensions: 9.6 m x 4.2 m. Depth: 1.4 m. The pool is covered and heated from May 1 to November 1, weather permitting. A mandatory cleaning fee applies if pets are present and is to be paid to the owner. An electric vehicle charging station is available for €20 per week (charging via non-dedicated outlets is not permitted).
