With direct access to the vast sandy beach of Asnelles, this holiday home boasts an incredible location and view of the sea and the artificial port of Arromanches. Comfortable and well-equipped, this vacation home is ideal for seaside holidays with your feet in the water. Shops, restaurants and water sports activities are all within walking distance. For those with a sweet tooth, discover Asnelles's 2 specialties: shortbread and oysters, to be enjoyed after a lovely walk along the coastal path that passes in front of the gîte and takes you to Arromanches or Courseulles sur Mer.

This detached house, surrounded by a yard, features on the ground floor (accessed via a terrace and 3 steps) a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area (sofa and armchair), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The upper floor has 2 separate bedrooms: 1 triple bedroom (3 single beds, 90 cm) and 1 double bedroom (1 double bed, 140 cm). Private yard with a picnic table, lounge chairs, barbecue, and umbrella. This holiday cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility. Towels are not provided and must be brought by guests.
