With direct access to the vast sandy beach of Asnelles, this holiday home boasts an incredible location and view of the sea and the artificial port of Arromanches. Comfortable and well-equipped, this vacation home is ideal for seaside holidays with your feet in the water. Shops, restaurants and water sports activities are all within walking distance. For those with a sweet tooth, discover Asnelles's 2 specialties: shortbread and oysters, to be enjoyed after a lovely walk along the coastal path that passes in front of the gîte and takes you to Arromanches or Courseulles sur Mer.

This detached house, surrounded by enclosed grounds, comprises on the first floor (accessed via a terrace and 3 steps) a living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge (sofa and armchair), a shower room and separate toilet. The first floor comprises 2 independent bedrooms: 1 for 3 people (3 beds 90cm) and 1 for 2 people (1 bed 140cm). Private grounds with picnic table, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol. Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bathroom linen is not provided and must be brought with you.
