You'll love its modern interior and terrace with views of the 15th-century halles, also a listed building. The location is ideal for Saturday morning markets, with stores and restaurants just a short stroll away. Houlgate's fishing port, marina and beach are a 15-minute walk away. Don't miss a visit to the William the Conqueror art village, an architectural ensemble where you'll meet artists, restaurateurs, antique dealers and craftsmen. Enjoy live fishing at the fish market every day. Visit the Côte Fleurie and its charming resorts: Cabourg, Houlgate, Deauville, Trouville, etc.

Karnaper Appartement in geschichtsträchtigem Gemäuer
Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement mitten im Herzen von Dives sur mer und trotzdem sehr ruhig durch neuste Isolation. Auch der kostenlose öffentliche Parkplatz vor der Haustür ist sehr komfortabel und alle Orte der Cote Fleurie sind mit dem Auto innerhalb 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem am französischen Leben teilhaben möchte ist hier genau richtig und kann ein gutes

Mariepompon Une localisation idéale
Le logement est très bien situé, à 15-20min à pied de la mer, proche d'un petit carrefour pour les courses mais aussi d'un primeur, d'un fromager, d'un charcutier et de nombreuses boulangeries. Plusieurs restaurants de qualité sont accessibles en quelques minutes de marche. Le quartier médiéval est mignon comme tout.
Le logement est propre, moderne, confortable pour notre petite famille de trois.
Attention cependant, le plafond entre les différentes pièces n'est pas clôturé ce qui peut surprendre.

Isado Appartement dans un lieu de caractère
Nous avons fait ma cousine et moi un excellent séjour dans cet appartement du Manoir du Bois Hibout, entièrement rénové, idéalement situé, très calme bien qu'en plein centre ville et bénéficiant d'une terrasse. A l'intérieur, tout est neuf, impeccable et choisi avec goût. Il ne manque rien pour y vivre confortablement mais il vaut mieux être assez intime avec ceux avec qui on le partage car les pièces sont séparées par des cloisons qui ne montent pas jusqu'au plafond, ce qui laisse passer les bruits et la lumière. Les lits superposés de la chambre d'enfants ne sont pas confortables pour des adultes. Pour ma part, c'est un appartement que je conseillerais plutôt à un couple ou à un couple avec de jeunes enfants.
