Nestled on the edge of a wood and a pond, this magnificent 17th-century manor house welcomes you into an authentic, warm and stylish interior: floor tiles, fireplaces, wood panelling, azulejos and even Chinese furniture. The site is ideal for discovering nature on foot or on horseback. You'll enjoy a peaceful environment, with the sound of birdsong. Deauville and its famous beaches are just 40 minutes away. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, seat).
17th-century manor house set in 8 hectares. First floor: kitchen, dining room, double living room with fireplace, WC. First floor: 5 bedrooms, including 1 duplex (2 double beds 160cm, 2 double beds 140cm, 2 single beds 90cm, 1 single bed 120cm), 2 shower rooms and WC adjoining one bedroom, bathroom, lounge-library. Garden, garden furniture. Unenclosed pond. Closed bicycle shed 80 m from the manor on the property. Holiday cottage not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Venez partager notre quotidien, notre espace, le chant des grenouilles sur l étang, nos bois et forets, nos prés, le parfum des pommiers en fleurs . Amoureux de la nature : vous verrez sans doute les chevreuils et sangliers venir s abreuver a l étang sous le regard du grand héron ou d un furtif martin pêcheur, voir d une roussette . Orbec , Saint Pierre sur Dives , Lisieux , livarot : proches, vous offriront de beaux exemples d architecture augeronne,et de merveilleuses marches au frais . Fervaques notre village vous apportera de nombreuses commodités de qualité ( boucher, pharmacie , épicerie locale ….)

A genuine manor house with all the space you would expect for a property of this size. Tucked away in a very quiet and peaceful part of Normandy, it is an ideal location for large groups to stay. Extensive grounds as well.
Une véritable maison de maître avec tout l'espace que vous pourriez attendre d'une propriété de cette taille. Nichée dans un coin très calme et paisible de la Normandie, c'est un emplacement idéal pour des groupes nombreux. De vastes terrains également.

ELAU Propriété Normande Idéale
Le manoir du bocage est la maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Les pièces de vie sont chaleureuses, la cheminée grandiose et 3 chambres sur 5 sont spacieuses. Les extérieurs sont sublimes et il n'y a pas de voisinage.
On se sent vraiment chez soi, notamment grâce aux attentions des propriétaires, par exemple nous y étions en période de fêtes de fin d'année et il y avait sapins et décorations de noël.Point d'amélioration : le débit d'eau chaude dans les douches

HB Noel en famille
The house was ideal for the 9 of us - 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 3 couples, plus 3 young single adults who had their own lounge and 2 doubles/1 single in their own area, sharing the 3rd bathroom. The lounge was cosy with the log fire and the dining area very practical and spacious. We were welcomed by Annie who manages the house and was really helpful if we needed anything. She had decorated the house for Christmas so the ambience was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a pleasant 25 min walk to the nearest village/commune St Cyr de Ronceray which has a baker, butcher and small grocery store or drive to Lisieux for the supermarket. The only suggestion I would make - and it’s a detail - is the house could do with bigger bath towels.
