Discover a place steeped in history by staying at the Manoir de la Baronnie d'Urville, located in the historic village of Urville, where you can admire the old chapel, the barns and the former Templar manor house currently being restored. The comfortable suite is housed in the recently restored manor house, where the interior ambience evokes the house's past. The copious, varied and entirely homemade breakfast will be a highlight of your stay. Don't hesitate to take a stroll around the park and enjoy the garden chairs and deckchairs. You'll be 15 minutes from Caen and Falaise, 35 minutes from the beaches of the Côte de Nacre and 20 minutes from the Orne Valley and Suisse Normande.
The Bed and breakfast is located on the first floor of the owners' home, with its own entrance. The suite comprises a 2-person bed and breakfast (140cm) with bath and washbasin in the bedroom, a separate toilet and a private sitting room with desk. Breakfast is served in the manor's living room, and you'll have access to the garden with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue.

Pâtissiers de profession et amoureux des vieilles pierres, nous avons fait l'acquisition en 2016 de cette propriété dont une partie date du 14ème siècle. Dans le manoir principal est aménagée une suite confortable pour vous accueillir pour une pause à la campagne. Nous aurons à coeur de vous faire déguster nos spécialités sucrées (et parfois salée) lors du petit déjeuner servi dans notre séjour. Bienvenue chez nous !

Excellent gîte de caractère décoré avec goût et situé au calme.
La chambre est spacieuse et contient toutes les commodités.
Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux, de qualité et servi avec attention.
Les hôtes sont bienveillants et chaleureux : c’est un plaisir d’échanger avec eux.
L’emplacement permet de rayonner facilement dans la région.

Éric et Francien Très belle chambre dans un complexe historique
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans le premier bâtiment que Karine et Eric ont très joliment rénové, de l’ensemble de bâtiments historiques du manoir d’Urville. Beaucoup d’histoires à raconter ici. La chambre est magnifique et les petits déjeuners, préparés par pâtissière Karina, étaient merveilleux. Et en plus, ils sont très gentils. Vraiment un gîte de classe!

What a joy! Great reception by the owners who clearly love to host guests and make them feel comfortable. And a great place aswell: historic setting with a 18th Century residence, medieval chapel and barns and the romantic and historically interesting ruins of the old manoir. Nice terrace and garden where guests can sit. Room was excellent, tastefull decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and abundant: the hosts were bakers... Higly recommended

Donj Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce lieu atypique très reposant.
Le cadre est champêtre, la chambre d'hôte est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Propreté irréprochable. On se croirait dans un château.
Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et arrangeants, plein de bonnes attentions.
Le petit déjeuner est varié, très bon, fait maison. Nous nous sommes régalés !
Le petit plus : l'ânesse et les biquettes qui ont fait la joie de notre bébé.
Je recommande ce logement de très bonne qualité.
Rien à redire.
