Apartment located in a secure residence. The Holiday cottage is on the ground floor of a building attached to the residence. It has an 18m² terrace (deckchairs, outdoor grill). The interior comprises a living area with kitchen, a double sofa bed with slatted base and 140x190 mattress, a shower room with toilet, a double bedroom (1 bed 140x190), closet. The double bedroom opens onto the terrace. The apartment is equipped with roller shutters. Arrivals are possible between 4pm and 7pm maximum. Non-smoking Holiday cottage.
