The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace and pretty garden where you can relax and unwind. A 10-minute walk will take you to the center of Saint Sever with all its shops and services. Just a short stroll away, you'll find the Saint-Sever state forest, with its acrobatic treetop adventure course, high-altitude educational trail and Restaurant. For swimming, the Vire aquatic center is 10 minutes away, and the beaches are less than an hour away. You can also visit the Base de loisirs at Lake de la Dathée, 10 minutes away, where you can rent kayaks and paddles.

The Holiday cottage is independent and surrounded by a 600m² private garden. All on one level, it comprises a large living room (wood-burning stove) with fitted kitchen, 1 double bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), 1 twin bedroom (1 x 140cm bed), a study area (windowless room), a shower room, separate WC and a large laundry room with plenty of storage space, table and water point. The garden features a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol. Darts and boules. Car, motorcycle and bicycle sheds.
