You'll have the chance to stay in a former 16th-18th century mansion, with a 15th century tower, 300 meters from the cathedral, in a quiet neighborhood. The bright living room opens onto the terrace, and is decorated with great care. The Bergamo painting in the 2nd bedroom is reminiscent of 15th-century Norman tapestry. François, the owner, is an enthusiastic history buff, and will be happy to recommend a tour of the town's mansions and the paths along the banks of the River Aure, from which you can discover the medieval town. This was the first town to be liberated in 1944, without fighting or bombing. A 15-minute drive will take you to the coastline: Port-en-Bessin, the D-Day landing beaches.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house. Ground floor: entrance, living room with fitted kitchen, sitting area (sofa, armchairs), 1 double bedroom (2 beds 90cm), shower room, WC. 1st floor reserved for owners. 2nd floor (staircase in tower): 1 bedroom for 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom with WC adjoining bedroom. Small flower-filled courtyard with garden furniture and deckchairs. Shed with washing machine.

Les Vendéens Un écrin de charme au centre de Bayeux
Quelle jolie rencontre avec nos hôtes ! Des personnes comme je souhaite à tous d'en rencontrer.
Quant au gîte, il est parfait, on s'y sent de suite comme chez soi. La localisation en plein centre de Bayeux est excellente, proche de tous les commerces et sites historiques. Aucune difficulté pour trouver une place de stationnement.
Cette demeure historique, en plus d'être pleine de charme, est aménagée à la perfection. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine très pratique et bien aménagée. La charmante cour fleurie et ensoleillée le matin est un vrai plus.
Tout était parfaitement conforme au descriptif.Merci encore à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leurs attentions.
Notre séjour normand a été une vraie réussite.

Claudine Ein wunderschönes Urlaubs-Zuhause
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der liebvoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Gite mit der hübschen Terrasse und dem Turmzimmer wiedereinmal genossen. Die Unterkunft ist für Einkäufe, Marktbesuche und Besichtigungen gut gelegen. Wir wurden von den ausgesprochen netten Besitzern wieder herzlich begrüßt und haben bei einer Besichtigung mit ihnen viel über lokale Geschichte gelernt.

De l’hôtel de Tersant, nous sommes déjà sur l’échelle du temps.
Notre hôte !! un livre d’histoire qui nous a permis de suivre d’innombrables chemins nous menant de musées, en sites, qui émotionnellement ne laissent pas indifférent. À partir de bayeux et sa cathédrale jusqu’à falaises et Caen. Des plages du débarquement jusqu’aux falaises et leurs stigmates si impressionnants…

Patbel Beau et grand gîte
Excellent séjour dans cette location, confortable et bien équipée, située en plein centre de Bayeux proche de toutes les commodités: marché, commerces, restaurants, transports et activités culturelles. Encore un grand merci pour l'accueil attentif et bienveillant qui m'a été réservé. Je recommande vivement cette location aux futurs visiteurs et pour ma part, j'y reviendrai sûrement.

snr gîte pittoresque
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte. Le gîte est fonctionnel et très propre. Les propriétaires sont adorables et pleins de bons conseils. Nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.
