This adorable cottage, both cozy and comfortable, immediately seduces with its warm atmosphere and authentic charm, with its stonework and exposed beams. A real little cocoon in the middle of nature, it offers an almost heavenly setting where calm reigns supreme. Just 5 kilometers from Pointe du Hoc and the famous D-Day beaches, the Holiday cottage is ideally located for exploring Normandy's historic landmarks. You can also take advantage of the proximity of Grandcamp-Maisy (5 kilometers), with its shops, restaurants and fishing port, where you can buy fresh fish at the auction. The nearest Beach is 6 kilometers away.

Located on the property, 50 meters from the owners' house, the Holiday cottage is independent with its own garden. Access is via the property's main gate. On the first floor, you'll find a living room with a sofa bed (additional sleeping space available on request), a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen, including a coffee maker with pods and an Italian coffee maker, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The bedroom is upstairs in a large attic mezzanine with 1 x 160 cm bed.
