Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it offers a cosy setting with a fireplace, perfect for convivial evenings. The spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms guarantee comfort and tranquility, while the kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals. Outside, a garden with games for Kids and a sunny terrace invite you to relax. The location is ideal for visiting the D-Day beaches, the American and German cemeteries, and the beautiful, unspoilt Cotentin coastline.

The Holiday cottage is attached to another Holiday cottage (ref. 2579 for 7 people), located on a vast 8,000 m² property which also includes another Holiday cottage (ref. 2705 for 5 people) and the owners' house. The first floor comprises a living room/kitchen with sitting area and fireplace, a 2-person bedroom (1 x 160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. The first floor comprises 2 bedrooms: one for 2 people with a study area (1 x 160 cm bed), the other for 2 people (1 x 160 cm bed), plus a shower room and separate WC. The Holiday cottage has a private garden of 100 m² (picnic table, deckchairs, barbecue and parasol) on land shared by the 2 Holiday cottages (slide and swing).
